Job description

For our Client, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional New Business & Distribution Manager to drive growth and market expansion across designated region (Poland and neighboring countries) in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector. This standalone role is ideal for a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the IVD industry, and proven success in building and managing distribution networks.

Responsibilities

  • identify and onboard new distributors and commercial partners in assigned international markets,
  • develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new IVD products from scratch, including market analysis, pricing, and product positioning,
  • drive new business development initiatives across target regions, expanding the company's footprint and increasing market share,
  • manage day-to-day relationships with distribution partners : performance tracking, sales support, contract negotiations, and compliance monitoring,
  • collaborate cross-functionally with international teams (marketing, regulatory, supply chain, product management) to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support,
  • monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform business strategy,
  • provide sales forecasts and regional business reports to senior leadership,
  • participate in occasional international travel (up to 20%) for partner visits, trade events, or internal meetings.

Requirements :

  • minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the In Vitro Diagnostics or broader Medical Devices industry,
  • proven track record of building distribution channels and launching new products in international markets,
  • strong understanding of regulatory and commercial dynamics in the IVD sector,
  • excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - able to manage partners remotely and drive performance without direct authority,
  • comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
  • previous experience working in international teams,
  • fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken), other languages are a plus,
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
