We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Generative AI Engineer ready to take on exciting challenges in the world of artificial intelligence. As part of our cutting-edge tech team, you’ll be driving the development of next-generation AI solutions integrated into a large-scale platform. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to design, test, and deploy intelligent systems that push the boundaries of what AI can do.

What You’ll Do :

Build and fine-tune generative models using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into operational workflows.

Optimize model performance and ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to AI systems.

Document processes and solutions, ensuring transparency and scalability.

Translate complex AI concepts into insights for non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For :

Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.

Strong proficiency in Python, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Hands-on experience with generative models like GANs and VAEs.

Deep understanding of natural language processing and AI for text, vision, or speech generation.

Skills in data preparation, feature engineering, and model deployment.

Knowledge of AI deployment in cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a knack for creative and analytical thinking.

Bonus Points For :

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Recognized AI certifications.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

Awareness of ethical AI principles and their practical application.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
