Job descriptionPolish Language : C1 level or higher (written and spoken). English Language : B2 level (training provided in English). Location : Athens, Greece
Salary : €1045 base + €300 monthly performance bonus
Relocation Support : Provided (Visa not included)
We are looking for a Polish speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist B2C customers for our client in Athens, Greece . In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do :
- Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
- 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
