About the role

As an Engineering Manager, you will have a significant impact on your team's operations. You will continuously enhance tools and processes for people management while collaborating with engineering managers to define new workflows and implement improvements.

Salary range : 19000- 28900 PLN only Contract of employment

What will you be doing?

• Managing a multi-member team.
• Consistently delivering products in line with established action plans.
• Ensuring code quality and functionality through the production phase.
• Upholding the quality of processes, projects, and systems agreed upon by the team.
• Defining service features and components under the team's responsibility.
• Continuously improving both personal and team performance by suggesting and helping implement new processes and engineering best practices.
• Effectively communicating progress, achievements, and areas for improvement to team members and management.
• Serving as a trusted technical authority in one or more areas, providing guidance and engineering advice to the team.
• Leading discussions on team architecture and design strategies.
• Mentoring less experienced developers.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define the team’s action plans and manage competing priorities.
• Monitoring team engagement and well-being indicators.
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential performance challenges within the team.
• Supporting the development and career growth of team members.
• Participating in recruitment processes.
• Advocating for business and technical decisions made by the company within the team.

Annual Salary Review :   We are reviewing the salaries of all our teams annually in order to evaluate an increase according to individual performance and the business results.

Personal Training Budget.  Up to 7.000 / 4.100 PLN / year training budget (certifications, conferences attendance, etc.) to invest in your professional development. We want to help you improve your technical skills, feel involved in the product community, and develop your soft skills to lead teams and manage other stakeholders.

Up to 30 days of vacation per year ( additional days are granted along with seniority at AUCTANE).

Up to 500 PLN / year to match your NGO donations ! We are happy to support your initiatives by duplicating the amount donated.

Lunch card

Referral Fee  We need your support in hiring top-class talent! We offer a referral bonus of 4k-20k PLN, depending on the complexity of the role and the hiring process.
