Role Overview

We are looking for an AI & Automation Business Analyst to join our AI Centre of Excellence team. This role is pivotal in helping our business process owners identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency—whether through AI, automation, or smart redesign of manual workflows.

As we expand the use of AI across the business, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we modernize and scale our operations—helping to lay the foundation for broader adoption and sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation.

What you will do

• Partner with business process owners to map and analyse current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and support implementation process enhancements using AI, RPA, and other automation technologies.
• Evaluate manual processes and recommend optimisations—whether through automation or simplification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineer, AI Engineers, and Technology to prototype and deploy solutions.
• Build business cases for proposed changes, including ROI analysis and risk assessments.
• Track and report on the impact of implemented improvements, ensuring continuous iteration and learning.
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI, automation, and process engineering trends—bringing fresh ideas to the table.
