B2B via Experis

Rate : 90-110 PLN netto+VAT / h

Work model : Hybrid – 20% travel to client site in Katowice / Kraków

Languages : Polish (required), English (B2 / C1)

We are looking for a business-oriented Data Scientist who can bridge the gap between data and business value. You will play a key role in reviewing business ideas, evaluating business cases, identifying potential data quality issues, and working with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review business ideas, data use cases, and potential data quality concerns
  • Translate business requirements into data specifications
  • Engage with global stakeholders in a clear and structured way
  • Identify data trends, model insights, and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven results

Skills & Experience Required :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business and data domains
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques
  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in Data Quality assessment
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (must-have)
  • Strong data analysis and data modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Solid analytical mindset and attention to data patterns and opportunities
  • Team-oriented, open to feedback, and collaborative
  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2 / C1)
