About the project :

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic initiative in the telecommunications sector, supporting the development of digital platforms used by customers across Europe. The role will be part of a growing international tech center and focus on enhancing web and mobile applications for end-users.

Your responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to define, refine, and document requirements for customer-facing applicationsnbsp;
• Translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criterianbsp;
• Work closely with designers and developers to ensure alignment between UX concepts and technical solutionsnbsp;
• Support the testing process by identifying relevant scenarios and ensuring requirement traceabilitynbsp;
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and support effort estimations

Work Setup :

B2B contractnbsp;

Hybrid model (3 days / week in office)

Core Requirements :

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in agile environments (preferably Scrum)nbsp;

Ability to read and interpret code (coding not required)nbsp;

Understanding of web and mobile application development processesnbsp;

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsnbsp;

Fluent in English (C1 level)nbsp;

Nice to Have :

Familiarity with test case definition and QA supportnbsp;

Experience with BPMNnbsp;
