responsibilities :

uczestnictwo w projekcie z branży SaaS, dotyczącym rozwoju i wsparcia platformy CPQ (Configure Price Quote) integrującej się z popularnymi systemami CRM (m.in. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics); projekt skupia się na utrzymaniu, monitorowaniu i rozwiązywaniu incydentów w środowisku chmurowym,

wykorzystywany stos technologiczny : Salesforce, SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), REST / SOAP API, Linux / Unix, AWS / Azure,

udział w monitorowaniu i analizie działania aplikacji,

diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie incydentów technicznych,

współpraca z zespołami QA, Development i Product Management,

wsparcie użytkowników oraz utrzymanie integracji międzyplatformowych,

udział w testach i wdrożeniach nowych wersji systemu,

praca w godzinach popołudniowych (Amerykańska strefa czasowa),

praca hybrydowa - 2x w tygodniu z biura w Krakowie,

stawka do 60 zł / h przy B2B lub UZ w zależności od doświadczenia.

requirements-expected :

posiadasz wykształcenie techniczne (informatyka, automatyka, matematyka, telekomunikacja lub pokrewne),

znasz podstawy Salesforce oraz SQL,

rozumiesz komunikację między systemami (REST, SOAP API),

masz podstawową znajomość Linux / Unix,

potrafisz analizować logi i diagnozować problemy techniczne,

swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim (min. B2+ / C1),

cechuje Cię otwartość na naukę, cierpliwość i umiejętność pracy zespołowej.
