IT Application Support Specialist

WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Manage and configure application functions and processes (. workflows, wizards, reports)
• Collaborate with business users and vendors
• Create and maintain interfaces for integration with TUV core platforms (SAP, Microsoft)
• 2nd Level Support, analyse and coordinate fixing of bugs / unexpected behaviour
• Support for training and end user tests
• Document deliverables
