    Job Description

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.

    Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.
  • Recognizing customer needs.
  • Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
  • Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
  • Participation in specialized training.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
  • You will help with repairs, warranties, parts and minor defects.
  • Match products to customers in response to their needs.
  • Work with a CRM system – great if you are familiar with SAS Customer Intelligence.
  • Ideal Profile

    Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in  German  Language, C1 level.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • Previous experience in Customer service or Technical support will be a plus.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Computer and Internet literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Communicative, Speak and / or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
  • Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
  • Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy
