Job descriptionExperience with ServiceNow for 2+ years. Proficient in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Strong hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow applications, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools : Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs and integration methods. Proven experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow platform features. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above. Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others. The customer is a Berlin-based IT consulting company specializing in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, particularly focused on integrating SAP systems with tools like Jira and ServiceNow. The company supports organizations in optimizing their change and release management processes, streamlining collaboration between IT and business teams. As a certified Atlassian Gold Partner, it provides custom connectors, archiving tools, and agile project management services to clients across industries such as automotive, finance, public sector, and manufacturing.
The project involves supporting the implementation and optimization of asset discovery processes for a client using an agent-based scanning solution integrated with Jira Service Management (Cloud). The environment is primarily Windows-based, with software deployments managed through Matrix42 Empirum.
Technology stack : ServiceNow, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, REST / SOAP API.
Responsibilities
