Job description

ServiceNow's Competence Center provides services in enhancing client platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding the use of the platform within a client organization. Our experience covers all aspects of platform consultation, implementation, and maintenance.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer with CSM, SecOps, CMDB, or HRSD experience to play a key role in implementation projects.

Your role

  • Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions
  • Performing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
  • Making scripts in various areas like Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, and UI Pages
  • Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow / Workflow, portals, and widgets
  • Integrating with 3rd party tools and other ServiceNow instances including out-of-the-box APIs and REST / SOAP web services
  • Validating technical solutions before deployment

Your skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Experience in core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
  • An organized and focused approach to work
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • At least two valid ServiceNow certifications
  • English on a minimum B2 level
