Inviting applications for the role of HR Senior Process Associate –Senior Process Associate- French-Hybrid Wroclaw
In this role in HR area, you will deliver high quality, customer-tailored service to employees always looking out for improvements. You will be a good team player capable of solving and consulting on complex queries within hire to retire HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based),
- Handle HR inquiries from associates coming via email, HR cases, Workday transactions or if required phone / chat in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support in oral / written interactions,
- Manage tasks in HR systems (Workday, Service Now),
- Assures HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies),
- Establish and / or update process documentation (SOP, templates),
- Maintain good relationships with Stakeholders,
- Constantly strive for process improvements by identifying process gaps and participating in improvements initiatives within own area of responsibility and by sharing across team,
- Recognize root causes for issues, suggests solutions and preventive actions,
- Take responsibility of other co-workers assignments in their absence according to your skills and qualifications (back up)
- Act as a process specialist for other team members by preparing and conducting training sessions if required (cross stream, new joiners, back-ups),
- Pro-actively share knowledge and expertise with other team members by work shadowing, trainings and coaching to relevant extent,
- Participate in projects delegated by management team with limited or no supervision,
- Work in line with defined Service Level Agreements and accurately use HR systems,
- Complete mandatory trainings and assignments in timely manner,
- Fulfill data privacy requirements,

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Relevant years experience in HR areaFluent French (C1 level) and English (min.
