We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of integration and automation across the organization. In this role, you’ll develop robust, scalable solutions that streamline internal workflows, enhance data quality, and empower teams through seamless systems integration.

Daily responsibilities
- Analyze integration requirements and identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions.
- Design and maintain integrations between cloud and on-premise systems using low-code platforms (e.g., iPaaS).
- Collaborate on and implement integration strategies at the operational level.
- Provide technical support for systems and process integration across departments.
- Build resilient, scalable, and secure solution architectures.
- Apply best practices in integration design, including component reuse and data protection.
- Identify and implement business process automation opportunities.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in integration technologies and bring new ideas to the table.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing integrations.
- Produce clear, accessible technical documentation to support long-term knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in system integration, covering design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.Proficiency in Python (Java is a plus), with the ability to develop and extend integration services.Advanced skills in GitLab, including branching, merge requests, and CI / CD setup.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with APIs (especially REST).Ability to design integration architecture at scale, with an emphasis on sustainability and security.Experience creating technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and deployment guides.A proactive mindset in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving integration issues.Curiosity and talent for identifying automation opportunities across business processes.Commitment to continuous learning and embracing new technologies.Fluent in Polish and English.What We Offer
