- Lead the design of easy, smart solutions using tools like Power BI and Power Automate

- Support teams with automation and reporting – improving efficiency and reducing manual work
- Share knowledge, good practices and support collaboration across teams
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for HR teams looking to improve how they work
- Provide data and process insights that help HR leaders make good decisions
