Insurance Operations Data Analyst (Graduate Program) (Fixed Term)

Data analysis and visualization

Participation in improving system processes

Making improvements to automate the reporting process

Collaboration with end users and colleagues – gathering needs, support, responding to problems

Skills and competencies required :

Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business, investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner

Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals

Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes

Analytical thinking - ability to systematically break down complex problems, assess data, recognize relationships, and solve problems effectively

What you need to have :

University degree (BA, MA)

Good command of English

Familiarity with Excel and VBA

Can - do attitude
