Opis stanowiska

Prowadzenie sprzedaży i dbanie o funkcjonowanie działu
Osiąganie ustalonych celów sprzedażowych
Zapewnianie wysokiej jakości obsługi klientów
Koordynowanie i zarządzanie pracą zespołu
Rozwijanie umiejętności i motywowanie pracowników

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi :

Wymagania

Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym w branży handlowej

Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem

Umiejętności komunikacyjne i zdolności do pracy zespołowej

Samodzielność, zdolność do inicjatywy i organizacji

Odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie w wykonywanie zadań

Dodatkowe atuty :

Preferowane osoby z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności.
