We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst / Manager on behalf of one of our clients — a rapidly scaling technology group behind a suite of AI-powered mobile applications. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, offering full ownership of the mobile product portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, a user-obsessed approach, and a proven track record of building mobile applications from zero to millions of users.

Salary : up to 7800 Euro per month

responsibilities :

Lead the analytics team in shaping and executing data strategies that align with company goals

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure analytics efforts drive impact

Hire, mentor, and develop both senior and junior analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture

Ensure that all analytical outputs are insightful, clearly communicated, and support decision-making across the business

Partner with business leaders to identify key focus areas and uncover opportunities through data-driven insights

Design, implement, and automate reporting templates for daily, weekly, and monthly use, enabling scalable analytics operations

Continuously review and enhance reporting structures to meet evolving KPIs and business needs

Build and maintain a rigorous A / B testing framework to optimize product features, user experiences, and engagement metrics

Ensure all experiments follow best practices in statistical methodology and translate results into clear business actions

Create and enforce documentation standards for all analytics processes, methodologies, and findings

Maintain a centralized knowledge repository for easy access to historical analyses and insights

Implement version control systems to manage and track changes in models, dashboards, and analytical assets

requirements-expected :

Proven 5+ years of leadership in managing high-performing analytics teams in a mobile-first environment

Deep expertise in SQL and Python / R for data querying and advanced analytics

Proficient in mobile analytics platforms (Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel)

Strong skills in dashboarding and visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI

Solid grounding in statistical analysis and experimental design for A / B testing

Expertise in mobile metrics such as DAU / MAU, LTV, churn rate, and session analysis

Track record of implementing data governance, version control, and knowledge-sharing frameworks
