Country Manager who will be fully responsible for P&L on Polish Market.
Responsibilities :
play crucial role in driving new business, expanding market share, and fostering strategic client relationships,
overall responsibility for Business Development, Key Account Management, Operations and Back Office,
planning, organization, and implementation of sales activities,
identify cross-selling opportunities within the Group, support sales of other business units where necessary or appropriate,
establish, monitor and improve KPIs both for sales and operations teams in close cooperation with Financial Controller,
monitor market trends in Life Science, customer performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities.
Requirements :
at least 12 years of professional experience including at least 5 years on managerial position,
experience in managing teams of 20 FTE+,
extensive knowledge of the medical device market,
bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, medicine, biotechnology, pharmacy or biology,
strong managerial, negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills,
hands-on, strong drive and self-motivating,
fluency in English.
