MEDvidi is a leading telehealth provider specialising in mental health issues. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions and apps to address mental health issues, helping people achieve happiness and overall well-being.
We are seeking a Director of Product who will join our AI Autonomous Clinic Track to lead 4 product teams. The track is responsible for the clinical workflow, support processes, and aspires to build a clinic that is fully autonomous, with the only manual touchpoint being the patient's appointment with their provider.
We have already launched multiple AI initiatives and experiences :
- AI Scribe that helps clinicians save time on writing progress notes (in beta)
- Chart Review AI that highlights deviations from clinical protocols
- Agentic AI Receptionist that owns internal processes (just a few for now)
The person in this role will collaborate closely with our Director of AI to lead the track.
We expect the person in this role to have significant hands-on experience working on highly engaging products, experience in driving user behaviour with product-led mechanisms, a strong analytical mindset, previous leadership experience, and a track record of successful product launches, including AI products.
The Director of Product reports to the SVP of Product & Engineering. The person in the role is expected to contribute on the strategic and operational levels, which means switching from working on the product strategy, collaborating with other departments' heads, and hands-on working with PMs on their initiatives.
Requirements :
8+ years of experience in product management in a product-led company.3+ years of experience leading 2 or more product managers.Experience working in one of the following : consumer subscription app, social platform, marketplace, productivity tool, B2B SaaS, healthtech, edtech, or on-demand.Experience driving multi-team strategy planningExperience building and launching AI (preferably LLM-based) product initiativesExperience in assessing performance, developing growth plans, coaching, hiring, and firing.Strong prioritisation skills, ability to say "no" and follow up with "here's what will achieve the best result".Structured approach to problem solvingCulture fit : ownership (you take full responsibility for finishing what you started), focus (you prioritise ruthlessly), transparency, evidence-based decision approach (you use data, research, or logic for decisions you make)Advanced English level (C1) and Fluent RussianWe are seeking candidates with direct, hands-on experience in AI. Lead the AI Autonomous Clinic Track together with the Director of AIHire, coach, manage, and otherwise work with a team of 4 PMs in the trackFacilitate the strategy planning process that both empowers teams in the track, yet prioritises the overall track's goal achievementsEnsure high quality of product execution by working hands-on with the team's PMs on discovery, definition, design, and delivery.Facilitate product org processes in the track (track planning, PRD reviews, design crits, etc.)Collaborate with other departments' heads, leadership and Core track on cross-functional products, taking the lead where appropriateBenefits :
