We are now looking for a Sales Engineer (m / f / x) to support our expansion in the Polish market.
What you will be doing
- You are the first point of contact for customers on site, responsible for both acquiring new clients and supporting existing ones.
- You support customers in implementing water treatment processes for cooling, boiler and wastewater systems, including the development of customized treatment and savings concepts.
- A core part of your work will be the sale of our chemicals, services, monitoring systems and water treatment equipment.
- You proactively identify and develop new business opportunities using your market knowledge and technical expertise.
- You build and strengthen long-term customer relationships and contribute directly to our growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- You stay up to date by participating in seminars, conferences and industry events – and share your knowledge with colleagues through internal workshops and trainings.
What we're looking for
You bring several years of experience in technical sales, ideally within water treatment or related industrial sectors.You have a technical or scientific background, for example in chemistry, wastewater technology, biology, or similar fields (e.g. chemical technician, lab technician, wastewater specialist).You are self-organized, independent, and enjoy working directly with customers.You value interdisciplinary collaboration and are open to innovative, practical solutions.Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers at different levels are key strengths of yours.You have a valid Category B driving license, enjoy working in the field, and are equipped to work from a home office.You are fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken, and are proficient with MS Office tools.What we offer you
