Project

We are building a new development team for a global leader in HR and workforce solutions. This project will focus on developing scalable backend solutions for high‑demand business operations, integrating cloud services, and ensuring system reliability. The team works in an agile environment with a strong emphasis on code quality, clean architecture, and performance optimization.

We have partnered with a leading HR company that has over 60 years of experience and operates in multiple countries worldwide. In Poland, the client has been at the forefront of digitization in the HR services industry for more than 20 years. Our team has been building the Time Tracking System for this client since 2019, a complex tool that registers and settles working time for full‑time and temporary employees.
