about-project :

  • We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our IT Application Team and lead projects focused on implementing shop floor systems at production sites across Europe. This role connects production, IT, and business teams to make sure the systems work well together and support daily operations. You’ll work closely with SAP ERP Specialists to ensure smooth communication between shop floor systems and various ERP platforms, helping to keep everything running efficiently.

    • responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end project management of shop floor software implementation, from installation to go-live and hyper care.
  • Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues related to shop floor software.
  • Manage and maintain interfaces between shop floor systems and various ERP platforms.
  • Ensure standardized KPIs are defined and maintained for production management.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, define changes, and support their implementation.

    • requirements-expected :

  • 3-5 years' of proven experience in project management, ideally in a production company.
  • Strong technical skills, including machine connections and communication protocols.
  • Solid understanding of shop floor operations in discrete manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrates assertiveness in decision-making.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Openness to business travels (up to 25% of time).
