Your responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the European aftermarket sector.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with major buying groups and distributors across Europe.
  • Managing complex procurement cycles, including tenders, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations.
  • Aligning product offerings to maximise market reach and customer value.
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Defining pricing strategies and market positioning in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Delivering accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Travel across Europe (30–50%) and participate in regular meetings at company headquarters.

Employer requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, including 5+ years with a European focus.
  • Proven success in working with leading aftermarket buying groups and distribution networks.
  • Background with well-known aftermarket brands (e.g., braking, suspension, engine components).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and decision-making structures in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • High level of integrity, transparency, and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable working independently with a flexible, remote-friendly schedule.
