• Experience with ACF , CPT , Gutenberg blocks plugins.
• WP-CLI, Composer, modern WordPress development workflows
• Performance optimization : caching, query profiling, reducing heavy WooCommerce bottlenecks
• Experience with payment / shipping integrations (Stripe, PayU, InPost, etc.)
• Basic testing mindset (unit / integration or strong QA approach)
• 4+ years of commercial experience with WordPress in production
• Strong experience with WooCommerce (checkout, cart, orders, pricing, shipping logic)
• Very good knowledge of PHP (OOP, clean code, maintainable architecture)
• Deep understanding of WordPress core architecture (hooks, actions / filters, WP lifecycle)
• Experience building custom plugins from scratch (not only configuring existing ones)
• Experience customizing WooCommerce core behavior (business rules, order flow, custom statuses)
• Strong knowledge of WordPress REST API (custom endpoints, integrations)
• Solid MySQL knowledge (query optimization basics, performance mindset)
• Strong engineering mindset : debugging, stability, production reliability
• Clean Code + ability to refactor safely in existing codebases
• Git + confident PR workflow
• English for daily communication and documentation
