Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and general banking-related questions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Provide guidance on banking procedures and help customers navigate through online banking platforms.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and regulations to offer accurate advice and assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and address complex customer issues.
Requirements
