Job Title : Manager of Service Integration & Management (SIAM)

Location : Cracow, Poland

We're on the lookout for a strategic, collaborative, and experienced Service Integration & Management (SIAM) Lead to drive high-performing IT services that align with business needs. This is a critical role where you will shape the future of service integration within a multi-supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Driving end-to-end service integration and performance across multiple IT providers.

Implementing ITIL and SIAM best practices to improve service quality and governance.

Monitoring SLAs, supplier performance, and service compliance , reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders.

Resolving escalated issues and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives , process optimization, and supplier collaboration.

Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in a managerial role within IT Service Integration & Management or IT Service Delivery .

Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks, SIAM principles, and multi-supplier service models .

Exceptional leadership, organizational , and team-building capabilities .

Ability to analyze complex service ecosystems and make data-driven decisions .

Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.

ITIL Expert or SIAM certification preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
