Comprehensive HR administration for the Client's internal employees and coordination of collaboration with an external payroll service provider.
Managing the team, including motivating, developing, and monitoring employee performance.
Supervising the maintenance of personnel files and payroll documentation in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
Managing, updating, and controlling data in the ENOVA HR and payroll system, as well as handling Employee Capital Plans (PPK).
Preparing reports, analyses, and summaries related to HR and payroll matters for management and leadership teams.
Assisting the team in drafting internal regulations, such as decisions, communications, and information related to labor law, remuneration, and insurance.
Collaborating with external institutions (e.g., labor inspection, statistical office, tax office, social security office) and service providers (e.g., sports packages, medical packages), as well as the controlling team, and participating in audits and inspections.
Monitoring changes in labor law and remuneration regulations and implementing them within the organization.
Optimizing HR and payroll processes, identifying new tools, and establishing work standards that comply with current legal requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and payroll.
Experience in team management and the ability to effectively motivate employees.
Fluent knowledge of German at a minimum C1 level.
Solid knowledge of labor law and social security regulations.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in payroll calculation and handling HR and payroll systems.
High level of independence, commitment, reliability, and punctuality in task execution.
Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing reports and analyses.
Ability to build relationships and effective communication within organizational structures.
Additional Assets :
Knowledge of the ENOVA system.
