Your tasks

We are currently looking for an experienced Digitalization Engineer. The employee in this position implements and manages digital technologies and software in a manufacturing environment to improve efficiency and innovation. Their work focuses on the company's digital transformation in the spirit of Industry 4.0, using technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation (RPA). The position involves work across two manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital transformation projects within a company
  • Implement new software, such as CMMS, MES and other RPA solutions
  • Implement broad digitalization initiatives to elevate the company to an Industry 4.0 level of automation and connectivity
  • Prepare reports and digitalize reports that are currently created manually to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze the needs of different departments, particularly in production, and propose digital solutions to meet those needs

Your profile

  • Educated in an engineering subject to degree level (automation, computer science or similar)
  • 5+ years’ experience in the manufacturing sector (particularly in automation, implementing new technologies, or project management)
  • Proven experience with implementing digital solutions to manufacturing like MES and RPA
  • Expertise in IoT, AI, robotics and other smart factory technologies
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) – must have programming for data processing (Python, R)
  • Experience using SQL to query, analyse, and manipulate data from various databases
  • Ability to design, integrate, and test complex digital systems
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative digital solutions
  • Very good spoken and written English
