Your responsibilities :

Provide 2nd line (L2) support for end users – troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with other teams for escalations

Support and maintain selected 3rd party applications and systems

Manage user accounts and identity through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Administer cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365)

Manage endpoints using Intune and / or Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Manage DNS entries and basic infrastructure services

Perform license management across cloud and on-prem services (e.g. M365 licenses, 3rd party tools)

Monitor IT infrastructure, manage alerts and respond to incidents in coordination with support teams

Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to process enhancements

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Our requirements :

At least 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or similar IT support role

Basic knowledge of on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, M365)

Good command of English (B2 level) – both written and spoken

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in various IT domains

Awareness of security principles in IT (IAM, access controls)

Nice to have :

Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900)

Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, FreshService)

Basic PowerShell scripting skills

Experience or knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) tools

Experience using remote support tools (TeamViewer)

Understanding of ITIL framework
