The Test Coordinator plays a pivotal role in Euroclear's Offensive Security Team, ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and reporting of penetration tests across critical applications. This role is central to maintaining the security posture of Euroclear's IT landscape and coordinating efforts between internal teams and third-party providers.

Your role

As the focal point for penetration testing, the Test Coordinator is responsible for :

• Leading the full lifecycle of penetration tests—from planning to execution and reporting.
• Coordinating with application owners to ensure timely delivery of inputs and infrastructure readiness.
• Managing quarterly and annual test schedules, including scoping and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Collaborating with the Scrum Master to align testing activities with project backlogs.
• Engaging third-party providers to plan resources, costs, and scope, and securing sign-offs.
• Driving improvements in test coverage and efficiency by integrating SAST / DAST and exploring automation opportunities.
• Hosting tri-weekly team meetings to manage resources and resolve issues.
• Supporting management with reporting, forecasting, and escalation of blockers.

About The Team
