Strategic Sourcing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support the execution of sourcing projects to help achieve annual savings targets for the country.

Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across various categories and regions.

Define sourcing strategies to deliver the best value to the business.

Apply supply, cost, and demand levers to optimize purchasing decisions.

Prepare and lead negotiations, including contract discussions.

Handle the implementation, extension, and termination of contracts.

Contribute to achieving yearly and long-term savings goals based on category or country plans.

REQUIREMENTS :

Experience in procurement or sourcing; experience in process-related work is also welcome.

Proven track record in a similar position.

Experience with project work, data analysis, or benchmarking is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on delivering cost savings.

University degree or higher.

Experience managing spend in sourcing projects (depending on seniority level).

Fluent English is required; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
