Customer Engagement Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of documents within the company;
  • Implement systems and procedures to track document movement and monitor progress;
  • Prepare and complete contracts, annexes, and other legal or contractual documents accurately and on time;
  • Stay up to date with changes in documentation requirements, policies, and procedures, and incorporate them into daily processes;
  • Support Customer Engagement Managers in client coordination — scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients;
  • Handle customer onboarding in line with internal procedures and guidelines;
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency and alignment in meeting client needs;
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing client-related data.

Our requirements

  • Highly motivated to deliver great results quickly and with attention to quality;
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, even with demanding clients;
  • Fluent in both Polish and English (C-level); Russian is a strong plus;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
