Customer Engagement Assistant

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of documents within the company;
  • Implement systems or procedures to track the movement of documents and monitor their progress;
  • Accurately complete agreements, annexes, and other legal or contractual documents as required by the company;
  • Keep abreast of updates or changes to documentation requirements, policies, and procedures, and incorporate them into the document filling-out process as needed;
  • Support Customer Engagement Managers in coordinating and managing clients, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients;
  • Customer onboarding following internal company procedures and guidelines;
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and synergy in serving client needs;
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data related to clients.

Our requirements

  • Strong motivation to deliver positive results with high speed and quality;
  • Ability to survive the stress and pressure of very optimistic deadlines and demanding clients;
  • Polish and English C-level fluency; Russian / Ukrainian is a strong advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Time management skills.
