Opis pracyExperience in sales of services in recruting or related field Understanding the market of mass recruiting Knowledge of topics in the HR industry, including the temporary labor market. Knowledge of sales techniques consistent with current market trends. Working Languages : Polish English at least B2 Advanced Google, Excel, PC Proficiency in high level Fixed part depends of evperiense in the field, from 4000 - 6000 PLN monthly net + bonuses depending on the work Total incom fix part + bonus of 20% of the gross income of the project for the third month after signing (the bonus is paid 80% for a warm client from the database, 100% for signing with a cold contact) + bonus of PLN 1000 for signing the project upon receipt of the order from the client for at least 20 FTE Country / Time zone : Poland / CET Working hours : 9-17 on weekdays Annual paid vacation according to local legislation Travel : very occasional travel to clients office or factory, participation in exhibitions (after passing the probation period) Full-time employee (termless contract) Remote format Need to have Laptop + mobile phone + internet lte speeds or higher
