We're looking for a

Head of Business Growth

to lead the Business Growth department for Motors Consumers across four key markets :

Poland, Romania, Portugal, and Ukraine

• . Consumer segment refers to individuals (not companies) who are using our platforms' services to buy or sell vehicles.

This is a senior leadership role with a direct impact on revenue, customer engagement, and market expansion. You will shape strategy, oversee execution, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver tangible results across diverse international markets.
