Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support for investments at the design and implementation stage.

• Provide legal support for investments at the design and implementation stage.
• Create and review contracts with contractors.
• Participate in the negotiation procedure for contract terms with contractors.
• Provide legal support in managing contract risk, including developing schemes of legal actions related to contract obligations.
• Analyze contract documentation, identify discrepancies between contractual obligations and the requirements of the investor during the implementation of the contract.
• Analyze factual statements reported by the Project Management in terms of the possibility of submitting contract claims, preparing and submitting relevant correspondence within the deadlines specified in the contract.
• Provide legal support in developing contract claims.
• Review claims letters and prepare legal arguments in this regard.
• Conduct correspondence with all participants in the investment process.
• Cooperate with other departments of the company and external experts, including insurers, in the scope of conducted claims proceedings.
• Participate in meetings, construction councils, technical meetings, negotiations with the investor regarding claims and additional work, etc., and prepare necessary documents related to this.
• Cooperate in the scope of current archiving of contract correspondence.
