Opis pracyKnowledge of C++, Java, or Tibco Business Work 5. Experience with rates derivatives and products. Familiarity with Agile methodology. Recent (2+ years) experience in banking and financial services. Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain new services for pricing systems. Implement responsive back-end solutions based on business specifications. Ensure full-stack ownership by writing production-ready, testable code. Configure and manage CI / CD pipelines to optimize software delivery. Support production deployments and resolve production issues effectively. Migrate and evolve existing systems in compliance with group guidelines, addressing network challenges such as firewalls and latency. Collaborate with partner technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Critically review and prioritize tasks to meet incremental delivery goals, anticipating blockers before escalation is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, or substantial practical experience in advanced application support. Permanent, full-time contract. We are seeking a talented Senior Python Developer to join our team and work on IT projects.
Job Description
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE :
As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions for pricing and regulatory workflows in Rates and Credit desks. You will collaborate closely with business sponsors, maintain existing systems, and lead development efforts aligned with industry best practices for code management, testing, and CI / CD.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
- Advanced proficiency in Python (including Pyro and regular expressions).
- Experience with MongoDB and Windows / Linux scripting.
- Familiarity with Control-M (Jobs as Code) and CI / CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or UrbanCode.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- High level of English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.
