Job Description

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our customers' IT environments. You will report to the Supervisor, Managed Serices and will be working in a hybrid schedule in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities :

• Monitoring IT Infrastructure : Proactively oversee and maintain customer IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Customer Interaction : Act as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your communication skills and professionalism will shape their experience and reflect our company's values.
• Technical Support : Provide expert support via phone and email to resolve issues related to virtualization (VMware), Windows Server (2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019), and backup systems.
• Documentation : Create and maintain clear, concise documentation of technical solutions, procedures, and best practices.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with the latest technologies and continuously improve your technical expertise.
