Job Description
For a middle size Scandinavian SAP Consulting house, we are looking for a person who will take full ownership of their marketing activities.
We are seeking a well-organized, independent, and detail-oriented individual who can combine their content creation skills and graphic design abilities, social media, and AI tools into a coherent and effective B2B marketing communication.
This is a hands-on role with real impact on how the company is visible on the market and how it communicates its value to their present and potential Customers.
Key responsibilities :
- Company wide coordination and ownership of marketing activities.
- Managing and developing social media channels (LinkedIn primarily).
- Creating and publishing website content (articles, news, case studies, landing pages).
- Coordinating the collection of technical input from SAP consultants and managers and turning it into marketing-ready content.
- Editing, simplifying, and “translating” technical language into clear business value messaging.
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials (posts, one-pagers, presentations).
- Helping in pre-sales activities.
- Ensuring consistency of communication and brand voice.
- Basic graphic design works (Canva or similar tools).
- Using AI tools as a helper to create, edit, and optimize marketing content.
- Performing basic SEO activities (on-page SEO, content structure, keywords).
Requirements
Higher education finished with a very good grade.Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.Experience working directly in a SAP / ERP consulting company (or in another IT consulting / software company, preferably with SAP).Experience in working in an international environment.High level of organization and ability to work independently.Proven experience in content creation (social media and website).Good visual sense and basic graphic design skills.Fluent English (minimum C1 level).Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting marketing activities.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical experts.Nice to have :
Understanding of B2B services sales specifics (long lead times, relationship-based sales).Experience in employer branding activities.Ability to work with data (social media statistics, basic performance analysis).Experience with WordPress and basic understanding of SEO principles.Benefits
