Overview :
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Retention Specialist to join our Team. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the setup and execution of engaging player retention campaigns. The role involves working across multiple channels, managing bonuses and tournaments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery to enhance player experience and engagement.
Purpose of the role :
You will be responsible for supporting and executing retention campaigns that drive player activity, engagement, and loyalty across various channels, while ensuring operational accuracy and a smooth customer journey.
Key responsibilities :
- Support the setup and launch of retention campaigns across multiple communication channels (email, SMS, in-app, push) using
- Create and manage bonuses, tournaments, and lotteries through the back office to boost engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to prepare campaign inputs and ensure data accuracy
- Test and monitor campaigns prior to launch to guarantee smooth execution and a great player experience
- Coordinate campaign assets and tasks with copywriters, designers, and other internal stakeholders
- Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and suggest improvements to optimize player activity and conversion rates
Required Experience :
Up to 1 year of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or a strong interest in iGaming marketingBasic understanding of bonus mechanics (free spins, reloads, cashbacks, tournaments)Familiarity with CRM tools or back-office systems (experience with is a strong plus)Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracyComfortable working with basic HTMLEnglish level B1 or higherNice to have :
