Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver the Supplier Management process across multi-vendor environments
- Monitor, measure, and report supplier performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Facilitate regular supplier reviews and drive service improvement plans
- Ensure supplier compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Support supplier onboarding, offboarding, and transitions
- Collaborate with Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management to ensure integrated service delivery
- Develop and maintain supplier governance frameworks and documentation
- Lead supplier-related escalations and resolution activities
- Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies related to supplier services
- Participate in contract negotiations and renewals in partnership with Procurement and Legal teams
- Support the three-phased Supplier Management deployment approach :
- Phase 1 – Implementation Start-Up : Confirm scope, tailor plan, develop requirements
- Phase 2 – Execution : Assign suppliers, deliver training, execute change management
- Phase 3 – Verification & Acceptance : Validate deliverables, finalize handoff to operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in Supplier / Vendor Management within IT service environmentsStrong understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL certification preferredExperience working in SIAM or multi-vendor ecosystemsGerman communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in performance analysis, reporting, and contract complianceStrong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilitiesFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNowAbility to manage virtual teams and drive cross-functional collaborationStrategic mindset with attention to detail and process disciplineWhat You’ll Love About Working Here
