Your tasks

As an IT Change and Release Manager you are responsible for managing the implementation and deployment of IT changes within an organization, ensuring changes and releases are implemented safely, with minimal risk and disruption to business operations.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Central Point of Contact for Change-Release Management Processes : As the main coordinator for all Change-Release Management initiatives, ensures smooth communication between all stakeholders making sure every change is traceable and transparent.
• Authorizes and documents all changes and releases to the IT environment to keep disruptive effects on ongoing operations to a minimum.
• Monitoring of Change Initiatives : Regular review and evaluation of implemented changes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Risk Management : Identification of risks associated with changes.
• Documentation : Ensuring comprehensive documentation of all change management activities, decisions, and outcomes to maintain compliance and serve as a reference for future changes.
• Coordinate the release process, obtaining necessary approvals, and overseeing the delivery of releases to production environments.
