Opis pracyYou possess a minimum 5 years of hands-on expertise in administration, architecting, deploying, and managing applications, and related domains. You excel in setting up monitoring and logging systems; You are proficient in Linux and scripting; You have deep networking knowledge and know security best practices; You bring a solid knowledge of SQL databases, along with proven proficiency in architecting and maintaining distributed cache systems and queue infrastructures; You’re well-versed in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Your track record includes designing and implementing complex CI / CD pipelines for different kinds of targets (VMs, Kubernetes); You have experience configuring and optimizing CDNs. GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / CD Redis, Memcache Ability to choose between working remotely, working in the office in Katowice / Chorzów, Poland Work with the latest systems, tools and technologies Interesting and challenging tasks. We are looking for an experienced DevOps specialist. We are seeking someone who would like to join our group of specialists who develop cluster server systems for our customers.
Role & responsibilities
- Development, testing, and implementation of infrastructure automation to reduce manual intervention and improve provisioning times;
- Utilize monitoring and logging data to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues;
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems;
- Drive architecture solutions that improve system performance and reduce costs;
- Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members;
- Cooperate with the cross-functional teams on complex projects;
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24 / 7 availability of critical systems.
Qualifications
We don’t expect you to know every tool inside out, but it’d be awesome if you’re familiar with and have worked with most of them.
