- You are responsible for the creation and correction of all coating-, sealer-, wax- applications for the automatic and robot systems as well as the optimization and reliability of the process.
- You will carry out process optimizations (CIP, 5S) and coordinate maintenance activities like PM`s and repairs.
- You are responsible for carrying out coating tests, maintenance and troubleshooting on the robot system and the color change system (Paint- MIX).
- You will support operational maintenance on site, e.g. as an expert in the event of technical breakdowns, instruct the team during maintenance assignments / trouble shooting, and be pragmatic and solution oriented. The team consists of electrical and technical technicians.
