SupportYourApp team is growing, and we are looking for a result-driven Recruiter to screen, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions.

As a Recruiter, you’ll directly impact the company’s scale while being a part of the goal-oriented and international environment.

To be successful in this role, you need to ensure we meet our hiring needs while offering a positive candidate experience.

What you will do :

Write and post job descriptions on job boards, and other relevant channels;
Conduct full cycle of hiring : from sourcing, screening, and assessing to interviewing, approving candidates up to the offer stage;
Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants;
Conduct recruitment researches;
Participate in tech conferences and meetups with IT professionals;
Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.

What you need to succeed in this role :

Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector (IT recruitment / Technical Recruitment);

Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts);

Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;

Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates;

Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+) and Ukrainian;

Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network.

Will be a great plus :

Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus.
