SupportYourApp team is growing, and we are looking for a result-driven Recruiter to screen, attract, evaluate and recruit qualified candidates for various positions.
As a Recruiter, you’ll directly impact the company’s scale while being a part of the goal-oriented and international environment.

What you will do :
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards, and other relevant channels;
- Conduct full cycle of hiring : from sourcing, screening, and assessing to interviewing, approving candidates up to the offer stage;
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants;
- Conduct recruitment researches;
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups with IT professionals;
- Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.
What you need to succeed in this role :
Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector (IT recruitment / Technical Recruitment);Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts);Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates;Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+) and Ukrainian;Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network.Will be a great plus :
