WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

Headcount and Purchased Services Management :

Plan and execute headcount and purchased services demand in alignment with operational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resource allocation meets project and business needs.

Budget Planning and Monitoring :

Develop and track budgets for operations functions.

Provide regular updates and insights on budget performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Metrics and KPIs Development :

Design, implement, and monitor operations metrics and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements.

Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Process and Tool Improvements :

Identify opportunities to improve operations processes and tools.

Lead or support initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

Work with and analyze data files to draw conclusions and recommend solutions.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

General Operations Support :

Assist with other operations activities as needed, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day functions.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc / MSc) in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Prior experience in operations, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Proven track record of managing budgets, headcount planning, and operational metrics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data files, draw insights, and recommend solutions.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Spotfire, or other data analysis software.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
