IT Program Manager (Embedded) @ Spyrosoft

We are looking for a Program Manager to strengthen our HMI service line. This person will focus on  building and developing client accounts, managing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of software programs . The role combines client-facing business development with hands-on program and project management.

• Based in Poland.
• Proven experience as  Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Account Manager  in  software services .
• Strong background in  embedded systems, HMI or software engineering projects .
• Excellent  client relationship management  skills, with ability to operate at executive level.
• Solid understanding of  project management methodologies  (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Financial and commercial awareness : managing budgets, margins, and contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and balance delivery with business growth.
