What You Will Do :

• Responsible for defining, creating strategies for and managing the Technology & Innovation Portfolio including TRL progressions, Budget / Schedule, and IP metrics to meet business goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external business partners to launch, guide Systems / Component teams through project execution, and drive forward technology developments.
• Interact with the Power and Controls technology representatives and brief both the GETC leadership and Collins Technology Council on key projects / initiatives.
• Provide strategic input into P&C product portfolio and into design & development processes.
• Present updates to internal / external business partners and GETC leadership and to the broader Collins Technology Council.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer & aerospace market needs, participating in or leading technology meetings and proposal efforts for company, government or customer-funded development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to identify and address key technology needs.
• Actively represent the Technology Advancement Process as a member of the Tech Council; with experience, chair reviews and represent GETC and P&C on Collins Technology Council.
• Coordinate opportunities and technologies across Power & Controls as needed to build the 'One Collins' approach
• Coordinate closely with Collins Advanced Research & Technology and the Raytheon Technologies Research Center to align and advance technology roadmaps.
