Job Summary

As a Subcontracts Supervisor , you will oversee the full spectrum of subcontracting and procurement activities supporting multiple sites and services across the EUCOM Area of Responsibility and other R&S Programs within the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for qualifying suppliers, issuing, and evaluating requests for proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring all subcontract files and processes comply with established company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• You will apply advanced expertise to resolve complex subcontracting challenges, establish priorities, and implement best practices.
• You will provide guidance and task direction to regional subcontract support teams, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• You will leverage strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and extensive industry experience, to ensure efficient subcontract administration aligned with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and business objectives.
• Perform full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work.
• Qualify suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, maintain subcontract files in accordance with established procedures.
• Oversee and performs the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work on a project.
• Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team.
• Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks.
• Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
• May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Rely upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
